The electric helicopter parameter file was wrong. Download and install again the sim if you want to use the electric. Another way to fix it is to change the following lines in Program Files\SVKSystems\ClearView\models\Micro Electric H2\params.txt:
aelSlopPoint 0.1
elevSlopPoint 0.1
aelSlopDelay 15.0 ...

ClearView installs it's own copy of Java Runtime, ver. 1.4.2 Here are the 2 main reasons the program fails:

1. No OPENGL or old OPENGL driver
2. The program does not work with Reflex USB adapter
