Vielleicht Neue Rubrik: Helihospital und Helifriedhof unter sonstiges!?
Da könnte denn mein gesamtes Setup rein... bekomm' am Spirit Pro diese sche... Inbusschraube an der 1. Getriebewelle nicht raus DANKE Loctite! Selbst Wiha versagt... grrr

Ich habe mir letzes WE die 20 % bei Praktiker kassiert, neuer Proxon, Borhfutter, Bohrer von 0,3 bis 3 mm.
Noch nicht mal ausgepackt bis jetzt

@ Tracer ... aber ich könnte echt kotzen...
eigentlich wollte ich nur diese blöde Inbusschraube aus der 1. Getriebewelle des Spirit Pro SE rausdrehen, geht aber ging dank Loctite nicht... denn das große Zahnrad bekomm ich nicht raus, ohne vorher diese Welle zu entfernen... und das große muss raus, eiert nämlich immer noch...grrr... das heisst dann wieder neues Getrieberitzel, neue Madenschraube (am besten direkt 10, und nach dem 1. Entfernen wegschmeissen)
Proxxon brauch ich glücklicherweise nicht, ich hab' nen Zahntechnisches Labor, die Geräte eignen sich wunderbar...
Also werd ich jetzt mal Ersatzteile bestellen...
...übrigens, die Kyosho-Blätter für den Piccolo sind echt der Hammer, hab irgendwie die Breite des Türrahmen unterschätzt
voll gegengekracht und Paddelstange krumm aber Blätter ok - unglaublich das Zeug!!!
Das wird dann wieder ne Sammelbestellung - Montags wissen die im e-heli-shop immer, was ich Sonntags geflogen bin oder geschraubt hab

Versuchs mal mit ein Feuerzeug ein kleiner Gasbrenner wäre besser.
Da brennt das Loctite Zeug weg und müsste dann gehn.
Hatte auch schon meine Probleme mit ein paar Verschraubungen.

Du lachst ! Aber mal ehrlich, ich hab' da 'nen Laserschweissgerät (unter Schutzgas), damit kannste unter 0,1 mm² punkten, Parrallelfräsgerät, Präzisionsbohrständer, Tiefziehmaschinen (Scheiben für Hauben kannste damit fast in Serie fertigen )
Experimentiere grade damit rum, die Servoarme aus Titan zu giessen - klappt mit vielen Teilen aus Kunststoff sehr gut - "Verlorene Form" anstiften, in Einbettmasse fassen, bei 700 °C verdampft der Kunststoff, unter Vakuum giessen (CoCrMo (relativ leicht und billig) oder Titan (leider ziemlich teuer) und dann ausarbeiten, geht, aber eben nur kleine Stückzahl...

wenn es nur an dem loctite liegt ist es besser die schraube zu erwärmen als aufzubohren. entweder einen lötkolben mit kleiner spitze auf die inbusschraube drücken oder einen billigen schlüssel schön glühend machen und in die schraube halten. dann mit dem guten schlüssel die schraube rausdrehen.tracer hat geschrieben:Hmm, dann hilft nur aufbohren.deft hat geschrieben: bekomm' am Spirit Pro diese sche...
