Regarding to your issue, as far as i recall Yacco didn´t hold up the programming for newer versions because of interest of users and too much work to adopt to newer version above MWC 2.0 . Too many changes, too less information, too little time.
Alternatively you can use I²C LCD with 128x64 pc. on the I²C Bus of your Arduino or compatible FCU, or a Bluetooth adaptor and an Android smartphone with MultiWii Config-Tool. First solution allows settin values and switches thru transmitter ( must be enabled in sketch first ), second ones if very comfortable with graphical output of live data, but if updating firmware on FCU , BT must be disconnected, otherwise connection problems and wrong read/write actions will be caused.
