#1 Crown III problem

Sorry but my german isn't that good, so I will post in English
I bought a Crown III on the toy fair in Dortmund. So brand new...
Setup : 3x FS60, 1x GWS Speed, GY401, EVO20 1800MAh, Align 420LF + Align ESC
Flight experience with this Crown : first of all, very good response on the pitch, roll and nick (being normal 3D flier, I like it !!!!). Tail response ok but unstable.
Solution for this tail vibration : lower gyro sens and lower servo throw and the tail was fix in the left/right direction
Another problem still stays : tail goes constantly up/down, as if I should be nicking all the time. Never crashed the heli, but I checked the tail shaft and this was straight.
Anyone has had this problem allready ?? Or anyone with a possible solution ??
