Verfasst: 06.11.2006 11:53:51
Dear customer,
As you may have found out, our company has suffered a serious fire in the night of October 31st.
This caused a total loss of our production, warehouse and stock. The offices were also damaged but most of the administration was saved, due to the help of the fire brigade, friends & the PRO models team. This hopefully enables us to become operational again soon.
We are already taking the necessary steps to resume our activities.
Our priority lies in the supply of spare parts to ensure the best possible service to your customers.
We hope for your continued support and loyalty in these difficult circumstances.
We have created a log-book on this website, so you can follow what we are doing to handle this situation day by day...
Sincerely,
the Pro Models team
You can find a logbook on our website that describes the progress we are making day by day, aswell as this text.
Beside from this I would also like to reassure those who fly Protech helicopters: the production facility where the Zoom helicopters are made is located in another building and has not been affected. The production facility that has been lost was used mainly for prototyping and small upgrade parts. A special shipment of spare parts for Zoom 400,Zoom 450, Pocket Zoom, Helixx helicopters is already sent to us and should be arriving in a couple of weeks. I am currently working at home making designs for new items that will be on show in Nürnberg next year, there are some exciting new things coming for the Zoom 450 and Helixx. The Protech team is by no means giving up, we are determined to rebuild everything, better than before.
Thank you for your support
Dennis Franckx
