mein englich ist nicht soooo toll und ich brauch halt diese daten und infos über den motor.
480T brushing price feels no brush!!
Features:
1.Strong magnetic high torque, silent on high speed, stable on low speed, sharply brake as soon as the electricity is off!
2.High speed ball bearing, high magnetic rotator, carbon brush, with standard changeable design.
The high torque, high running speed TURBO 480 motor, is a high effective DC carbon-brush motor which bears high temperature and the running angle is adjustable. It applies to electronic model items. With features of high efficiency and high power consumption, it is very suitable for the electronic airplane/helicopter which uses 400 motor. And it is available to go with 400 gear reducer. For speed control we recommend ALIGN 18A digital speed controller KG910002A、KG910003A、KG910004A and 15-25A.

At present, both ALIGN 18A and regular speed controller use PWM. With design of frequency higher than 1500Hz, the advantage is the motor is stable under low speed output. But since the motor is driven by high frequency modulation, the speed controller will produce high frequency. The interference will happen if the wave filter does not work well. And the control quality will be poor. Generally clutters happen in mid-frequency. For full speed the message is not controlled by high frequency modulation and does not have the above mentioned problem.
1.480T motor and regular 400 motor are with higher KV value and have no brush. They are both of higher output efficiency, using 15A speed controller going with direct-driven type. Suitable for racing propeller under 5 inches and gear reducer. If higher power/current output is needed, please use speed controller which is current resistant. Advise: safety current of speed controller no lower than 75% (we recommend a speed controller higher than 18A for a motor current higher than 12A). It is to ensure the duration of speed controller and the good quality to control !
2.When you use 480T or general motors going with “speed controller”, please pay most attention to use the speed controller with better filter quality to ensure better control quality. Note! A speed controller with worse filter quality will be interfered when the message is weak. It will cause motor rotating speed/current unstable, servo shaking and continually out of control.
We suggest to use ALIGN 18A digital speed controller or a stable one。
