Question No1:

i´ve little problems with the one-way or rather the bearings.

the one-way fits perfectly on the adaptor, but not the bearings.
i don´t want to mount the bearings with force, so i had to sand the complete adaptor.
I tried a few bearings, all had the same problem.

since we use motors like this... :P
55x1.12yy 10.jpg
55x1.12yy 10.jpg (110.02 KiB) 852 mal betrachtet
... i´m afraid, that the one-way gets problems with the smaller diameter of the adaptor.
these motors eliminate bad one-way´s without mercy

@ Torro, i am not sure i understand your problem.

@Macem, yes you have to cut your motor shaft. When doing it, make sure not to overheat the shaft and pack the motor with a plastic bag so no debris get inside.

you have the pinion and two bearings for it.
the pinion fits perfectly on the adaptor, the bearings not.
i had to sand the adaptor, to fit the bearings.

ok, thanks a lot ... how long should the shortened, outstanding part of the motorshaft be, to fit into the adaptor? is there any tolerance?

regards, macem
