Das neue Update führt weltweit zu Problemen. Also erst mal die alte Version drauf lassen. Hyperion weißt jegliche Haftung von sich auch wenn das Gerät durch ihre FW eingefroren wurde. Man kann nur auf einen netten Händler hoffen der sich um das defekte Gerät kümmert.

Was heißt das genau? Wenn jemanden update macht ist das Ladegerät kaputt oder wie?
Wenn die neuen Updates anbieten dann haften die auch dafür wenn es nicht funktioniert.

Das Update hat wohl einige Bugs die ein Initalisieren nach dem Updaten verhindern. Da die FW aber eine Initialisierung benötigt bleibt das Display leer und der Lader reagiert nicht mehr.
Das hier stammt aus einer E-mail von heute Nacht. Dave ist ein Entwickler von Hyperion der in einem amerikanischen Forum unterwegs ist.

"Hi,

Hmmm... we will have to continue to look into this. However do note that the chargers are not "faulty", and that we are not accepting blanket responsibility for problems during fw upgrades, as clearly stated in our documents. And it is not a firmware issue, as we have dozens running fine on the firmware already.

QUESTIONS:
1) Did you follow all the instructions in the Firmware update manual?
2) Did you initialize the charger imediately after update, as it says to do?
3) Try the fw update again using a fully charged 12V car (or marine) battery, as we have found that certain noisy power supplies can cause problems. Tehn initialize if it boots the first time.

In a "worst case" scenario, we can get you a DUO3 at 45% discount from normal SRP. I know that may not satisfy everyone, but it should be understood by anyone who read the instructions before attempting update.

Email me again in answer early next week. I need to know what is happening on your side, and tell you if we have any further advice from the factory, or possibility of repair.

Hmmm - klingt nicht gut

Hyperion hat die FW auch schon von der Webseite genommen. Weiß wer was in 2.3 geändert wurde?

das is Timing! Als ich vor wenigen Minuten auf der page war, stand da noch das die FW nicht verfügbar ist... Hätt ich bissi gewartet hätte ich mir die frage auch sparen können
